Direct to Garment

Direct-to-garment (DTG) prints directly onto the fabric using advanced inkjet technology.

This method is perfect for smaller orders, personalized apparel, sampling or one-off custom prints without the need for multiple screen set-up fees.

For best results, we recommend 100% cotton light-coloured fabrics.

Our eco-friendly water-based inks ensure a soft feel and long-lasting quality, even after repeated washing.

FAQs

What is DTG printing?

DTG printing uses specialized inkjet printers to print designs directly onto garments, offering vibrant, detailed prints, especially for complex and multi-colour designs.

What types of garments work best with DTG?

DTG works best on 100% cotton garments. Light-coloured fabrics tend to yield the best results, but we can also print on dark colours using white ink.

How does DTG compare to screen printing?

DTG is great for smaller runs, complex designs, and one-off pieces because it requires minimal setup. Screen printing, on the other hand, is more cost-effective for larger quantities and the vibrancy that can be longer lasting.

Is there a minimum order for DTG printing?

No, one of the key benefits of DTG is that there's no minimum order requirement, making it perfect for custom or small-batch printing.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Turnaround times vary depending on order size, but typically, DTG orders are completed within 5–7 business days. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request.

How durable is the print?

Our DTG prints are made with high-quality, eco-friendly inks that are designed to withstand washing and wear. For best results, we recommend washing garments inside out on a cold setting and avoiding high heat in the dryer.

What file format do I need to provide for my design?

We recommend providing high-resolution PNG or with a transparent background for the best print quality. However, we also accept vector files in formats like AI or EPS.
