What is the setup fee
We digitize your design so that our machines can recreate it using threads. We keep the digitized file; the file can be used again for your next orders so you if the design stays the same.

What format should my artwork be?
PNG, VECTOR,or PDF -We use your files to create a high-quality digital version that our embroidery machines can use.
